Springfield, IL (March 6, 2010) - - Illinois Basketball Services (IBS) recently named its Illinois Large School Girls All State Team for 2009-10.
A 6’ Oak Park Fenwick senior, Tricia Liston, shared IBS Illinois Large School Player of the Year honors with 6’3” Lombard Montini senior Michala Johnson.

She poured in a career best 43 points in a single game this season. “Tricia is a true team leader and has been a force at the high school level,” said Jason Speaks, Director of IBS. “She has a high basketball IQ and is a big reason why Duke arguably has the top recruiting class in the country.”
Johnson, who only played 19 games this season due to tearing her ACL, averaged 16.9 ppg, 11 rpg and 4 bpg for a Montini team that won the Illinois 3A state championship. She scored 1,690 career points despite two ACL tears in her career.
