IBS SKILLS TRAINING
The 2011 IBS Personal Training Sessions are underway. The 60-minute individual sessions include skills training (shooting situations, ball handling, etc.) as well as plyometrics and conditioning.


2011 Prices:
Individual: $20 per session for individual workout

Groups:
*IBS can assist with finding groups or partners
Group of 2: $15 per prospect, per session

Group of 4: $12.50 per prospect, per session

Group of 5: $10 per prospect, per session

Group of 6: $8 per prospect, per session

Groups of 7-10: $7 per prospect, per session
